Elkhorn Community Meal | Saturday, Oct 7 2023 at noon
We will be supplying and serving lasagna and soups for a hearty midday meal to the Elkhorn community at Matheson Memorial Library. Doors open at noon We look forward to seeing you there!
Bethel Trunk or Treat| Halloween Event – Oct 2023

Birdies fore Bethel. Golf Outing, Luncheon and Raffle| Saturday, July 15 2023
Join us for a morning of fun at the Lauderdale Lakes Country Club golf course followed by a delicious picnic lunch with all the trimmings. Plus, lots of great raffle items to win!
This is our biggest fundraiser of the year which helps us support our many local missions, including Open Arms Free Clinic, Hope Now, Twin Oaks Homeless Shelter, Elkhorn Food Pantry and many more! For reservations and more info please call Diane at 262-949-5625.
Wednesday Morning Prayer Group | Wednesday, Weekly

Thursday Bible Study | Every Thursday
Every Thursday we meet for Bible Study from 9-10 am at Richmond UMC in Delavan. Feel free to join, and grow with us as we walk together on the path of Christ, and deepen our relationship with the Lord with His word.
Bethel’s 2021 Rummage Sale | July 23rd 8am – 5 pm and July 24th 8 am – 1 pm
Bethel will be holding their annual rummage sale in the parsonage garage and the yard this year. We felt that at least for this year an outside venu would be safer and more comfortable for all. Please join us as there will be many treasures to be discovered!
University Free Lunch | Tuesdays during the school year
TGIFLT (Thank God It’s Free Lunch Tuesday) was has been upended by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, food is available for pickup Monday – Friday from 5-7 pm. Meals can be picked up at the Prairie Street entrance of First United Methodist Church in Whitewater. This is the same location as Tuesday Free Lunch.
Our Summer Speaker Series begins Sunday, June 9th. Our guest speaker will be Joe Sherman. Joe is a Vietnam veteran and active member of First UMC. On July 7th, Dawn Heath, will speak to raise awareness of the prevalence of Human Traffiking work in our community and what we can do to stop it. On Aug 19th, Rosalie Koehler will speak of her spiritual journey related to events around 9/11. After each there is a potluck to follow. All are welcome!
